Our products may come with damaged packaging or minor defects to the exterior. We ensure that this does not affect the functionality of the products and are committed to giving you the best experience possible.

APPLYING FOR RETURNS

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation over WhatsApp with actual images of the product – the packaging, the exterior and all accessories (wherever applicable). Once you confirm your order and accept to buy that particular piece, the order will be finalized and may not be returned or exchanged. 

On receiving the order, you will have 3 days to get in touch with us, provided the product is in its original condition. The product is eligible for return or exchange if the product is further damaged, is not in working condition, if any accessories are missing, or if the product is different from what you confirmed. This is only applicable if the product or its packaging have not been used or tampered with during this period. Each case is different and the final decision is at our discretion.
