OFFPRICE offers different shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express deliveries.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Local Deliveries in Mumbai: For products in stock, we offer next day delivery. For products available on pre-order, the delivery times are mentioned on the product page or will be notified to you at the time of purchase.

We offer free delivery on all local orders in Mumbai for orders over Rs.600. For orders below Rs.600, we charge you actuals, based on the location and nature of the product.

PAN-India Deliveries: We offer standard and express deliveries for PAN-India orders. On orders over Rs.2,000, we offer free standard shipping. On orders below Rs.2,000, we charge you actuals, based on the location, weight and type of delivery. Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days, and express delivery times are 2-3 working days.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and that delivery to rural or incorrect addresses can result in longer wait times. If the order is placed to an unserviceable area, you will be notified by us and the amount will be refunded to you.

In order for your purchase to be delivered on time, please ensure that all the information provided by you, like name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc, are correct. If the order is not delivered promptly due to incorrect information, the customer will bear full liability. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, after multiple failed attempts, we have the right to cancel the order and refund the amount back to you at our own discretion. We further reserve the right to deduct shipping charges before we process your refund. 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 1:30 PM IST will be processed on the same day, and orders placed after 1:30 PM IST will be processed the following day. Once your order has been submitted into our system, you will receive an order confirmation via email or text. Your orders will be fulfilled within 1 business day, excluding high-volume periods such as sales, product launches or festive seasons. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive the tracking information within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, kindly contact us.
